Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our services, payments made for digital marketing campaigns, website development, or any consultation are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of project delivery to discuss your concerns.

Exceptions

Refunds or partial credits may be considered in the following cases:

• Service not delivered as agreed in the signed proposal or contract.
• Technical issues preventing service delivery despite attempts to resolve them.
